Day 311: On March 5th of the home improvement project Rich and
Phil covered the lally columns. They started out in the garage ripping the edges
of the boards at 45 degrees. Then they built boxes and installed
them around the two lally column. Phil then used filler on the
remaining baseboard nail holes. We're getting closer to the end! Today we got our 2014 Odyssey minivan back. After pondering for 9 weeks about what to do it becamse clear to me that we should have the engine repaired. I took it in last week and it was ready today. It was expensive to repair ($6890), but the van is in really good condition and now we know the engine is in good shape too. I'm going to petition Honda Corporate for relief. The van only has 67k miles on it and we've kept it maintained. The engine shouldn't have died that way. |
