Day 226: On Dec 10th of the home improvement project I decorated our
Christmas tree. Now that we have a 9 1/2 foot ceiling in the living room
we aren't restricted in tree height. I've never needed a stool before
to reach the top of our tree before. I started with ten strands of
lights, but ran out before I was done and went to Home Depot to buy
four more. Next came our tree topper from Sponge Bob, Patrick Star!
We have so many ornaments we could probably decorate three trees. I
used some of our favorites. We're earlier this year decorating the
tree. I guess being retired gives me more time to do things like this.
It's nice! I hope everyone is enjoying Christmas preparations. |
