| Bradford was home for a couple of days at the end of spring break. We celebrated his birthday a couple weeks late and mine a little early. We reused the cake. First it was loaded up with candles for Bradford. After he blew them out more candles were added and then John tried to blow them out. He didn't have enough wind to do it in one breath. I guess no wish this year! We had two candle race plates going, one for Bradford and one for John. We always put a candle in each race for Stanford. He has won any races yet since he died in January 2007, but I'm sure he's glad to be a part of the traditional family celebration. Phillip won Bradford's race and Bradford won John's race. A good time was had by all. After the celebration John drove Bradford back to his apartment in Dover, NH. |
